Overview

Cash App (a.k.a. the money app) celebrated the first weekend of Coachella in 2019 with a party in a giant, custom-built dome in Indio, California. The dome featured immersive video mapping, as well as live DJ performances from Hank Korsan, Taco, and Fai Khadra. Quavo treated guests to a surprise performance, wrapping his set with "Walk It Talk It." Partygoers sipped on adult juice boxes, and posed for photos in front of dated ATM's covered in graffiti.

Working for CASH App, Mandrake Studios was in charge of the dome projection from pre-production, production, and running the show live at the event using nine 21k Panasonic projectors with a variety of Panasonic lenses. Real-Time content was created with a Notch Real-Time content creation tool. All of the work created for this event was integrated using the award winning Disguise media server with two 4x4 media servers as a master system and a backup.
